1) NOTIFY ME:
If you use my stock please send me a link to it so I can fav it!
Comment on the image, comment on the front page, in a journal... send me a note. I don't care how, just let me know!

2) CREDIT REQUIRED:
Credit goes in your artist's description when you upload your work. If you don't put it in the first time, edit your submission to include it!
Putting either :devcookiekitty-stock: or :iconcookiekitty-stock: is best but just linking to the image you used is also ok.

No, writing it on the image is NOT enough. I require a LINK back to my gallery in your description.

3) SELLING ART ON DEVIANTART IS OK:
I hereby grant all DeviantArtists permission to use my stock in any and all Deviant Prints without restriction. No need to ask for my permission.

4) NO HATE ART OR PORNOGRAPHY:
STRICTLY PROHIBITED are works glorifying:

Pedophilia/Child Abuse/Sexual Abuse or Assault/Animal abuse

Hate art - eg: the act or depiction glorifying hate towards minorities - such as racism, homophobia, religious hate, transgender/transexuality, age and disability hate etc

Anti-abortion

5) POST YOUR ART ANYWHERE ONLINE

You may post your art using my stock anywhere online BUT NOT porn sites.

Please make sure the original stock image is not posted anywhere else. Only the art using my stock is allowed off deviantART.

Credit is STILL a must if you post art using my stock no matter where it goes.

6) YOUR ART IS NOT PHOTOGRAPHY.

I took the photos, therefore I am the photographer. I am also the model in the model stocks I post. This means you made no effort in the photographic process for these stocks OR your artwork. So don't post it to the photography section.

7) UNRESTRICTED USE:

"Unrestricted resources refers to any stock image, brush pack, texture, or other submission with the purpose of being used to create Artwork, or any of the following:

Websites, journals and banners

Literary tags and images

Advertising, publishing, portfolios

This does NOT mean you are allowed to repost my stock 'as is' anywhere (no, not even as tubes)! You must have digitally manipulated or used for traditional reference - in other words, you can repost your ART but not my STOCK
