1) NOTIFY ME:
If you use my stock please send me a link to it so I can fav it!
Comment on the image, comment on the front page, in a journal... send me a note. I don't care how, just let me know!

2) CREDIT REQUIRED:
Credit goes in your artist's description when you upload your work. If you don't put it in the first time, edit your submission to include it!
Putting either :devcookiekitty-stock: or :iconcookiekitty-stock: is best but just linking to the image you used is also ok.

No, writing it on the image is NOT enough. I require a LINK back to my gallery in your description.

3) SELLING ART ON DEVIANTART IS OK:
I hereby grant all DeviantArtists permission to use my stock in any and all Deviant Prints without restriction. No need to ask for my permission.

4) NO HATE ART OR PORNOGRAPHY:
STRICTLY PROHIBITED are works glorifying:

Pedophilia/Child Abuse/Sexual Abuse or Assault/Animal abuse

Hate art - eg: the act or depiction glorifying hate towards minorities - such as racism, homophobia, religious hate, transgender/transexuality, age and disability hate etc

Anti-abortion

5) POST YOUR ART ANYWHERE ONLINE

You may post your art using my stock anywhere online BUT NOT porn sites.

Please make sure the original stock image is not posted anywhere else. Only the art using my stock is allowed off deviantART.

Credit is STILL a must if you post art using my stock no matter where it goes.

6) YOUR ART IS NOT PHOTOGRAPHY.

I took the photos, therefore I am the photographer. I am also the model in the model stocks I post. This means you made no effort in the photographic process for these stocks OR your artwork. So don't post it to the photography section.

7) UNRESTRICTED USE:

"Unrestricted resources refers to any stock image, brush pack, texture, or other submission with the purpose of being used to create Artwork, or any of the following:

Websites, journals and banners

Literary tags and images

Advertising, publishing, portfolios

I think it's cute though that some of them say 'if you don't like it I can take it down' when I mention that I am really open to any deviations and others will note both accounts ^^ Some people just like to make sure I a) get it and b) like it

I would report devs that don't provide the proper credits... the only people I would give ant slack to are those that may have language issues.

I was just notified in the stock forums that there are people giving credit but not noting as well

I've just found another 4 or 5 (some back in MAY!) that never bothered to even let me know

I'm going to start getting strict. Maybe asking the dA bosses to start taking down art that doesn't credit or notify me is the way to go

I have been seeing this trend where people credit an image and say something like, I can't remember where I got all the other images ... if it is yours let me know.

I've thought about reporting these works...

You should. I will be. From now on - I'm going to be brutal. Even after my 'front page' journal stating to note me - I'm getting more people than ever leaving comments on my front page.
It's like they're doing all this stuff to piss us stockers off

Yep. Know that 'lack of note' feeling. When I do a simple search I notice that some people haven't bothered to notify me at all, in any form. Very irritating.

I've noticed this on other peoples stock accounts (yours included) and it even gets me irritated! I mean you spell it out quite clearly. I just think they are being lazy and can't be bothered going in search of the stock they've used. Wish the search worked a bit better. Until it does, I'd imagine that you will continue to receive messages on your front page.

I've actually heard back from a few people I *cough* erm... berrated about it last night - a lot of them just forgot to tell me. Others, it was their first time using stock. I guess it's the same with the people who just search google and figure the image is free to use because it came up on a search. *sigh* Maybe if we drill it into them enough it'll stick

It'll be hard to miss. They have to scroll through a WHOLE string of me saying 'read my rules, dammit!'
